When we eat food it goes to our stomach through the esophagus (food pipe). In our stomach gastric glands are available which create acid, which is necessary to digest the food. When the gastric glands create more acid than needed for the digestion process, the acid can move upward in the esophagus which result we feel a burning sensation and pain below the chest. This condition is commonly called acidity or acid reflux.

•Boil one cup of water with mint leave and cumin seeds, add half lemon and take it in morning empty stomach.

•Soak Carom seeds 100gm (Ajwain) in 5-6 lemon juice, put it in sun light and let it dry, pore it in a jar and take half spoon after meal.

•Sucking on a piece of clove when you have acidity helps to reduce the symptoms.

•Cumin is a great remedy for acidity. Boil a teaspoon of cumin in a glass of water. Boil until the water is reduced to half, add half lemon and take it in morning empty stomach.

•Watermelon juice: It is great to deal acidity.

Copper

  1. Copper vessel should be of good quality. 👌
  2. Vessel should be cleaned properly regularly , it should be shiny 🌞with no oxidized layer on it,also avoid bottles with small mouth. 👎
    🌻Imli or lemon🍋 can be used to clean it.
  3. Copper is hot🔥 in nature it increases pitta so person of pitta body type should avoid its water. ❌
  4. Person with pitta disorders like excessive body heat🥵, burning sensation and bleeding disorders should also avoid its usage. ☘️
  5. Ladies with heavy periods should also avoid it. ❌
  6. It is good for kapha person🌊 or in kapha disorders like obesity, hypothyroidism, respiratory disorders . 👌
  7. Never put sour things like curd,fruit juice in it. 🍹❌
  8. Never put boiling water in it. 🔥
  9. There is no mention in ayurvedic texts🧐 about keeping water whole night in it and drink in morning empty stomach, actually avoid❌ this water if there is layer on it in morning. 👍

Today sharing a small write up of oil pulling benefits.

1..It is not only limited to oral health. The ancient Ayurvedic texts talk about the benefits of oil pulling for migraines, shoulder pain, neck pain, headache, greying of hair and cataract. Basically, it benefits all diseases above the clavicle.

2.It is the combination of saliva and oil together that creates the magic potion.

3.Oil pulling won’t cause acne. The oil doesn’t get into the superficial skin layer. It goes mostly to the internal skin layer so it won’t really have any adverse effect. If it actually reduces inflammation and has a better impact on your sinus health, it will reduce acne.

4.It is good for the nose, the sinuses, the teeth and oral gum health.

Your journey to sound health is not just taking medicine and not eating junk food it is also about everyday wellness measures to be followed.Here are a few suggestions.

  1. Take a sun bath every morning spend some quality time in morning sunlight it gives you adequate bone and skin health plus keeps you energetic all through the day.
  2. Give yourself a small oil massage everyday before bathing.
  3. Develop a habit of instilling a drop of coconut oil in each nostril every morning .It will help you fight effects of air pollution and allergens.
  4. Dip your feet in warm water before sleeping this will ease all your stress.

5.Limit the use of mobile all through the day and keep it away from yourself as much as possible.

6.Fasting once in a week or intermittent fasting is good for body detoxification eat only fruits during fasting.

  1. Meditate for 10 minutes everyday you can use guided meditation available easily on YouTube.
  2. Mindful eating habits are very important for our digestion to improve.

9.If you are on a desk job keep yourself mobile in regular intervals develop a habit of few streches in between.

  1. Rejuvenation programs are best to keep your gut clean and mind active. This can reduce stress a lot.Do not skip them, it can enhance your capabilities.

Battle with Corona Virus is not till 4th May it will be long….for 1 year you have to take care of yourself, your body like temple….. So the one who will have best immunity will fight with it very efficiently and effectively…… Just don’t worry ….. Don’t take stress …… Only 1 formula will work “HEALTHY BODY, MIND AND SOUL”

So let’s come to the point  how to achieve it
Follow dincharya n ritucharya… i.e.daily routine and seasonal routine. Whatever I’m writing below is for increasing your and your kids immunity and for healthy body,mind and soul…..
Please follow as much as possible 

1. Get up before sunrise 
2. Take 2 tsf virgin coconut/sesame oil in your mouth and circulate it till you feel your mouth is full and then spit…. It’s called kawal
3. Drink 2 glass of warm water and brush …if you get Neem Daaton then very nice
4. 30 min. Yoga, Exercise and 20 min. Pranayam and 10 min. of meditation for sure.
5. Drink 50 ml. of Amrit Ayurvedic Kadha which I mentioned in you tube channel 15 min before breakfast 
6. Have very  healthy  breakfast ,lunch N dinner
7. Can take 6 drops of tulsi ark in a glass of water once a day anytime 
8. Drink warm water always
9. Keep yr bowel clean
10. Take proper  n sound sleep 
11.  3-4 drops coconut oil or cow ghee in nostrils before sleep
12. Use trifla water to wash your eyes
13. Eat light dinner and avoid sleeping within 2 hrs after taking meal.you can go for a leisure walk .
14. Drink golden milk before sleep. Method to prepare it is provided in my you tube channel.
15. While bathing add Neem leaves  in water.
16. Warm saline gargle n steam inhalation  once a day…..also
17. Think positive…..behave positive.live in present tense…..don’t worry of future
18. Be happy n spread happiness
19. Take care of each n every safety n hygiene protocols.
20. Develop a habit of gratitude for everything around you.

Each n every point is scientific n have miraculous effect on body, mind n soul……god bless you all🙏
